How long does it take to get connected?
If your address already has an active nbn® connection, usually 1–3 business days. New installations depend on nbn appointment availability, typically 5–15 business days.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Give us notice and you can leave any time.
Do I need a new modem?
If you have a modem that supports your nbn technology type you can bring your own. Otherwise we can supply a Wi-Fi 6 modem router for $129.
Is the price really including GST?
Yes. Every price on this site is in AUD and includes GST. What you see is what you're billed.
Can I get a static IP?
Yes — $5 a month on any plan. Business customers can also get a routed block of addresses; contact us.
What speeds will I actually get?
The plan speed is the nbn® wholesale tier. Real-world speeds depend on your technology type (FTTP, HFC, FTTC, FTTN), your modem and your Wi-Fi. Typical evening speeds will be published in each plan's Critical Information Summary.
